We are incredibly proud of the team we've assembled, and we want to recognize them for their hard work and achievements. So, we need a plan for volunteer recognition! Got any ideas? What has worked in your company or organization?  

Here's some info about us and what we're doing:

Our organization is made up primarily of volunteers and they do everything from acting as mentors to public outreach to fundraising to protests. It's an eclectic bunch of people. 

We have an annual volunteer recognition picnic in the summer, but it would be really nice to do something for them more frequently than that.  

One thing we did was have dog tags made up that read "Until All Are Free - ARC Volunteer Team" and we give those to volunteers who are exceptional. 

We also do a volunteer spotlight from time to time in our enewsletter and thank people on Facebook pretty regularly.
