Wow! Thank you all for your excellent suggestions. I was intentionally vague when posting to allow for many suggestions. These are ideas we will definitely consider in the future moving forward, although I am not sure how successful others will be-- we only have a staff of 10. Regardless, thank you for your time and energy!

Since its inception locally in 1972, the Foster Grandparent Program of Central Florida has provided special-needs children inter-generational relationships with seniors in Central Florida. Today, over 300 Foster Grandparents continue this proud tradition, dedicating their time and talents each day to volunteer with children at 75 locations throughout Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties.

Motivate my employees

We need to improve our employees motivation to do the right thing and be aware of their actions.

We also would like to make them aware of their body language, especially when presenting to our volunteers and conducting themselves in a professional manner.
