Thank you everyone! All your ideas were awesome. I think we will try to arrange the page with tabs and we also think about using a 'special description for each volunteer. In March we will have a work shop with a lot of volunteers and then we will talk about this and maybe doing some new pictures, too :)

Our staff member page is too long! Any ideas for a new composition?
We - Go Ahead! - are a German NGO who is supporting Aids-orphans in Southern Africa.
One of our approaches is that Go Ahead! only works with volunteers. Seriously nobody of our over 50 staff members is getting any money. It's a mind-blowing gift to have so many people supporting us with their time and skills. It's important to us to appreciate our regular volunteers by mentioning them - among other things - on our website.
Currently this page looks like this: http://goahead-organisation.de/ueber_uns/team/mitarbeiterinnen . It is grouped by the field of work and if you click on a name you get more information about a volunteer.
But as you can see: It's too long, it does not look good.
We would like to make it more adequate to our volunteers.
Do you guys have any ideas? :)
