These sites, previously managed separately by Worcestershire County Council and
Worcester City Council, are now jointly managed and are funded by both partners.
Museums Worcestershire also administers a joint museum store and a mobile
outreach project Museum on the Move, as well as providing museum development
advice and assistance to other museums in the county.
The collections and exhibitions at our sites are many and varied, covering centuries
of the county's history right up to the present day. Thousands of objects, including
the historic buildings themselves, are brought to life through innovative exhibitions
and events throughout the year.
All three of our sites are very proud to have recently been awarded the Visit England quality assurance mark indicating to our visitors that the customer service, facilities and overall experience at all of our sites meet very high standards. read less
